How do I restore my subscription?
If you reinstalled the App or signed in on a new device, tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. Your subscription will reactivate automatically once Apple confirms it.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, not through us. To cancel or change your plan:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Daily Design Challenge, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancelling stops auto-renewal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Will I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Where is my progress / streak stored?
Locally on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes your progress. We do not have a backup.
Does the App work offline?
The App ships with the full challenge library bundled, so it works offline once loaded. Video tutorials and avatar images require an internet connection.
Which iOS versions are supported?
iOS 18.0 and newer.
